I present to you a “dessert for healthy eaters that still want the sugary stuff”. So in other words…my kinda dessert!

A simple three ingredient dessert that is perfect for a date night in or to just cure that sweet tooth! Red Velvet Cookie Dough Brownie Parfaits take minutes to put together with already made ingredients! Most nights, I find my way into the kitchen for a small bit of sugar to curb my cravings. It can usually be silenced with an energy ball or a handful of granola but some nights, I want pure dessert heaven. In other words, Red Velvet Cookie Dough Brownie Parfaits.

A simple three ingredient dessert that is perfect for a date night in or to just cure that sweet tooth! Red Velvet Cookie Dough Brownie Parfaits take minutes to put together with already made ingredients! I am sorta disappointed with myself that it has taken me so long to think of this dessert. How simple can it be? With already make fudge brownies, creamy whipped topping and no bake cookie dough, it is pure excellence that is deemed worthy enough of a dinner party show stopper or a simple date night. You know for that holiday that is two days?

A simple three ingredient dessert that is perfect for a date night in or to just cure that sweet tooth! Red Velvet Cookie Dough Brownie Parfaits take minutes to put together with already made ingredients! My husband is a sucker for brownies but usually pairs them with peppermint ice cream. But in the months that peppermint isn’t on my mind, I believe I have found his second best match, cookie dough! He eyed these pretty babies in the fridge, took one bite and was speechless. The chocolatey, gooey brownies paired with the creamy cookie dough and the velvety whipped cream all makes for one decadent dessert.

Besides these parfaits being husband approved, I love the idea of not having to turn on the oven or spend hours making. If you think ahead and have your brownies already made (or buy premade if you stressed for time) and the cookie dough chilling the fridge, this dessert comes together in minutes. Perfect for specials nights such as Valentine’s Day, a room filled with dinner party goers or just a night where the sugar craving hits!

Red velvet, brownie, and whipped topping? Three of my favorite things! Thanks for the idea! I just tried the red velvet Oreos...bad idea! They were delicious! The bag didn't last very long...
