I like peanut butter. And I like chocolate.

Rich and decadent Flourless Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies are naturally gluten free and filled with two types of chocolate and creamy peanut butter!

However, you put them together and real magic happens!

I know I know I just shared a peanut butter and chocolate cheesecake, but these are different! I promise! The first is a peanut butter spiked cheesecake with a hint of chocolate in the crust. And its meant to be shared, but I won’t judge if you consumed it all yourself. Its easy to do. I understand.

But today’s recipe is another attempt to convince you that you need sweets this holiday season! From sweet and salty marshmallow cookies to peppermint white chocolate blondies, we have another contender but its filled with peanut butter and chocolate!

Rich and decadent Flourless Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies are naturally gluten free and filled with two types of chocolate and creamy peanut butter!

Flourless Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies are rich. Rich as in you you better poor yourself a glass of milk to quench your thirst! But just because they are rich doesn’t mean they are indulgent and will blow your diet. They are flourless and butterless. The peanut butter replaces the butter and makes them extra chewy and the cocoa powder is what replaces the flour but is much more flavorful and what provides the richness!

And since I didn’t think one chocolate was enough, they are studded with mini chocolate chips! Winning!

Beyond these cookies, what could be anymore exciting than one of the largest cookie exchange parties?!

I made today’s recipe to partake in the Great Food Blogger Cookie Swap! It brings together food bloggers from all over the world to celebrate with cookies and help a non-profit organization, Cookies for Kid’s Cancer to help funding new therapies to fight against pediatric cancer, which claims the most lives of children in the US than any other disease.

I packaged up these peanut butter chocolate cookies and sent them to three other bloggers, and I received three sets of cookies in return! It was so fun checking my front porch each day awaiting some mystery cookies from a new blogger friends!

I enjoy making cookies, but I enjoy connecting with my food blogging community and giving back to a great cause more! Especially during the holiday season!

Now go off, make some chocolate cookies, eat, and be merry!

meal prep tips:

  1. make these Flourless Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies on a sunday then store in a sealed container to enjoy all week!

  2. freeze the dough then thaw to make fresh cookies when that sweet tooth strikes!

Making these now. Not sure if your ingredients are different but I ended up with a runny mixture that would of just turned into pancakes! I had to add a bit over half a cup of coconut flour to get the mixture to a state that it can be scooped out of the bowl in and still hold some sort of shape on a cookie tray. They are tasty but I think your recipe could benefit from a little extra care and attention when writing it. Your photos on however are fantastic :)

I made these last night and the dough was very dry. I had to mush it down to get a ball. Then when cooking it didn't expand at all. Doesn't it need more moisture and baking soda? They taste fine but a little sweet. They look nothing like the pictures you posted. Any help is appreciated.

I am sorry to hear they didn't turn out! I use natural peanut butter which is more has liquid than regular store bought. Not sure if that affected it? And no the recipe doesn't call for baking soda as that is what makes the fudgy rather than puff up. Sorry to hear didn't turn out and yes they do have a tendency to be on the sweeter side. Have a great Monday!

These turned out great. Love the fudge texture. They freeze really well and defrost in 10 seconds in the microwave. Do you think the size of the eggs and amount of whites could have affected the texture for those folks that feel it wasn't moist enough. I used commercial peanut butter and two large eggs instead of the whites and they were perfect.

I just made these, and like others had problems with the dough being very thick, slightly crumbly and they are not expanding in the oven. If I make them again I will add a tablespoon or two of milk or oil or maybe applesauce to see if I can get a better consistency.
