Everything looks so delicious Meg! I'm really drawn to the spinach artichoke spaghetti squash and the butternut squash, quinoa, goat cheese, and roasted grape salad. Can't wait to try these in January to get myself back on track in the new year! Happy New Year, can't wait to see all the amazing things you create in 2015!
