With September upon us, stick to your bones meals and tailgating recipes are the only things on my mind! So with celebrating Labor Day (for all you in the US!) tomorrow and for a long weekend, I thought to share some of my favorite Paleo Comfort Foods for Fall!
If you are unfamiliar with the Paleo diet, it is a diet that consists of foods that our ancestors would have ate; food that is not processed and nutritional powerhouses for our bodies. Although, I don’t follow the Paleo diet 100%, I do love the ideas and the way the foods make me feel full of energy and not sluggish.
I hope you find a recipe or two to try out this fall so you can tackle all those pumpkins and tailgating parties! Have a fantastic Sunday!
