Whoa, Christmas is this next week! I am overly excited this year as it’s my little guys first. He makes everything merry and bright. To prepare ourselves for the holiday, we have a delicious week ahead of us with seasonal ingredients. There is Maple Roasted Autumn Vegetable Pasta and a Fall Bistro Salad to get our fill of veggies in so we can indulge in all those Christmas treats!
