Happy last week of 2015! Doesn’t it seem that every year moves quicker than the one before? While 2015 was a terrific year, I am so anxious to welcome 2016! So let’s go out with a bang and fill it with comforting dishes that won’t break the scale! Start your week light with Honey Glazed Roasted Butternut Squash and get spicy with Crispy Buffalo Chicken Salads with a homemade, lighter Blue Cheese Dressing!
