This week's Healthy Meal Plan is all about speedy, nutritious dinners! We start with Spicy Tex Mex Chicken Burgers for Labor Day BBQ's and followed up with Loaded Greek Pasta Salad to make meal times easy the rest of the week!

Happy holiday weekend! I will keep things short and sweet around here, since it’s Labor Day weekend and we all should be savoring the last days of summer!

This week’s Healthy Meal Plan is all about speedy, nutritious dinners! We start with Spicy Tex Mex Chicken Burgers for Labor Day BBQ’s and followed up with Loaded Greek Pasta Salad to make meal times easy the rest of the week!
