Hi everyone! We have a busy weekend ahead of us as Aiden is being baptised! As I food prep away today for tomorrow’s festivities, I am adding a few of these meals to the list to make our week easier! But don’t forget about Cinco de Mayo on Thursday….we have the best Beef Enchiladas!
