Healthy Meal Plan Week #33

This week is Saint Patricks Day so we have a delicious Loaded Baked Potato Gnocchi with Jello Cups and Mint Cheesecake Cookies to celebrate! And a healthy Coconut Chickpea Curry to start the week!

Thank goodness for the weekend! It’s my favorite day for many reasons but it’s also time to meal plan for the next week!

This week is Saint Patricks Day so we have a delicious Loaded Baked Potato Gnocchi with Jello Cups and Mint Cheesecake Cookies to celebrate!
