This week for our Healthy Meal Plan, we have a week filled with a Roasted Tomato Caprese Frittata, then a One Pot Cheesy Taco Zucchini Skillet and Protein Peanut Butter Truffles!

How was your first week of the New Year? Did you make a resolution? Did you stick with it or are you a rule breaker, and not make one at all?! Guilty. I didn’t make one this year! It stresses me out! I just want to be better than I was the year before. It is a life journey, rather than a ‘New Year’ thing. Do ya feel me?
