With the new year, everyone feels like a fresh start is needed. Granted, the holidays are wrapping up and we have all finishing off the last plate of cookies! To start this year off right, I have a full week of nutritious yet delicious eats! A week full of Sweet Potato Black Bean Quinoa Bowls, Vanilla Espresso Energy Bites and Garlic Broccoli Parmesan Risotto!
