Happy Saturday! What is on the agenda? Now that fall is finally here, we will be spending some quality time in the great outdoors! Mother Nature isn’t keeping us inside any longer. This weeks healthy meal plan is full of comforting dishes, such as Crock Pot Potato Corn Chowder with Roasted Poblanos and Sheet Pan Honey Mustard Chicken!
