Happy Saturday, all! I am shocked that we are heading into our last days of August. Sad isn’t it? Despite that summer is closing soon, doesn’t mean that we can’t savor all the fresh produce! Our healthy meal plan week 56 has Bruschetta Burgers, Creamy Avocado Chicken Wraps and Blackened Grilled Salmon with a kickin corn salsa. Yum!
